GRT takes precautions to ensure that member account information is kept private. We use reasonable measures to protect member information that is stored within our database, and we restrict access to member information to those employees who need access to perform their job functions, such as our customer service personnel and technical staff. Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of member account information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of member information at any time.
- REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
The submission of your registration is regarded as a firm booking and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
For the Crete Tour 50% payment must be received no later than July 28, 2023 (non-refundable) and 50% rest settlement/payment no later than August 28, 2023 (non-refundable) for the 1st group of September, while 50% payment must be received no later than August 29, 2023 (non-refundable) and 50% rest settlement/payment no later than September 28, 2023 (non-refundable) for the 2nd group of October. For the Athens & Hydra Island Tour payment in full must be received no later than 3 March 2023. We accept payment by credit card, and bank wire transfer. Please note that all transfer charges must be met by the sender.
All prices have been calculated based on current conditions and include all legal taxes, in any variation of taxes, fuel, etc. the prices will be modified accordingly.
In case of bad weather conditions or other conditions that affect the smooth execution of the daily program, this will be configured accordingly without prior notification. For less participation (less than 20 pax) rates will be increased accordingly.
- PRIVACY
The personal information supplied in connection with this booking will be held by GRT as a record of attendees and parties expressing interest. By registering for this running tour the parties concerned are agreeing that the Organizers may use that personal information to contact participants by email, direct mail, telephone or fax, in order to supply information relevant to this GRT event, or about other event, and opportunities that the Organizers are planning and feel may be of interest to them. The organizers may also share this information with its partners and event sponsors in order for them to contact the participants about other products and services which may be of interest to them. If you do not want your details to be used in this way, please contact GRT by letter or email to confirm this.
- CANCELLATION
Any participant wishing to cancel booking must notify GRT in writing by e-mail.
Cancellations of confirmed registrations are only possible in accordance to the cancellation policy of the GRT, as indicated in this term.
For any cancellations received prior to July 30, 2023 for the 1st group of September in Crete Tour or August 31 2023 for the 2nd group of October in Crete Tour, no cancellation fees will be applied. After July 31, 2023 for the 1st group or September 1, 2023 for the 2nd group any deposit received is non-refundable. After August 31, 2023 for the 1st group or October 1, 2023 for the 2nd group any cancellation will be fully charged. Organization has the right to proceed to any changes (dates, routes) in case of extreme weather conditions or force majeure in order to facilitate and ensure the safety of the participants. In the unlikely case of the event in total being cancelled because of FORCE MAJEURE there are no refunds. In the case of the event in total being cancelled, the organization has no responsibility for any costs incurred as a result of cancellation including any travel or accommodation costs, including your transfer to the event location.
- SUBSTITUTIONS
Substitutions may be made at any time. If you wish to substitute a delegate, you must notify GRT in writing at the earliest opportunity and at least 7days before the event begins.

- CHANGES AND POSTPONMENT
GRT reserves the right to make alterations to the program, venue and timings at any time. In the event of it being found necessary, for whatever reason, that the event is being postponed or the dates being changed, the organizers shall not be liable for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by the delegate. If by re-arrangement or postponement the event can take place, the booking between the delegate and the organizers shall remain in force and will be subject to the cancellation schedule above.
- LIABILITY
GRT shall not be responsible or liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of the services in connection with the event.
- INSURANCE
It is the responsibility of the participant to arrange appropriate insurance cover in connection with their travel & outdoor activities of GRT.
GRT cannot be held liable for any accident during tours, health problem, loss, liability or damage to personal property.
It is strongly recommended to purchase a general Insurance to cover all travel & outdoor arrangements.
- PHOTOS & FILMING
For promotional purposes, photos and video recordings will be taken during the events. Participants who do not wish to be filmed or recorded should advise the organizers in writing prior to the event.
- WEBSITE & LINKS
Neither can responsibility be taken for contents of any website linking to this website.
- VISA REQUIREMENT
It is the sole responsibility of the Attendee to obtain any applicable required travel Visa. Attendees who require an entry Visa must allow sufficient time for the application procedure. Attendees should contact the nearest Embassy or Consulate to determine the appropriate timing of their Visa applications.
- GENERAL
We reserve the right at any time to change, amend, add or remove any of the above terms without prior notice if one or more of the conditions outlined in these Terms & Conditions should be or become invalid, the remaining conditions will continue to be valid and apply. These Terms & Conditions apply to all participants of this event.
We reserve the right to modify, replace or cancel any outdoor activity or land service in case of bad weather conditions or any other external factor that affects the land tours without prior notice.
